1. The app and support
Responsible for the offer: Elivora.
Skincare Made Simple brings together educational content and tools for organizing routines, products, photos and notes. It does not include physical products, diagnosis, prescriptions or individual consultations. Questions: support.elivora@gmail.com.
2. Purchase and access
The offer is R$ 29,90 as a one-time payment for one year of access, starting from payment approval by Hotmart.
Renewal requires a new purchase at the price shown at that time, with no automatic charges. Pending payments do not grant access; a refund or payment cancellation may end authorization.
3. Refunds
You can request a full refund within seven days of purchase through the Hotmart portal. The refund processing time depends on the payment method. This does not limit other consumer rights.
4. Record storage
Routines, photos and notes stay in the browser you use, with no automatic sync between devices.
5. Use and care
Access is for personal use and does not authorize resale or redistribution of the materials. The content is educational and does not replace professional guidance.
6. Privacy and updates
Please read the Privacy policy. Significant changes to these terms will be communicated clearly, respecting applicable rights.
