1. Contact and purpose
Your photos, routines and notes stay in the browser you use and are not automatically sent to Elivora. To enable access and provide support, we use your email address and the necessary purchase information.

2. What stays in your browser
Your skin profile, routine, products, care activities, photos, notes, progress and preferences stay in the browser you use. Elivora does not automatically keep a copy of these records, and they do not sync between devices. You can edit and delete records using the app's controls and export or restore a backup.
Clearing the browser or losing your device may erase this data. Backups are your responsibility; deleting records in the app does not delete files you have already exported.
3. Purchase, login and support
Hotmart processes the purchase. We use your email address and order information to manage access to the app. Google sends access messages, and a cookie keeps you signed in. If you contact support, we use the information you provide to address your request.
4. Hosting and external services
The sales page uses the Meta Pixel to measure visits and help assess advertising. This tool may use cookies and process browsing information in accordance with the Meta Privacy Policy.
Hostinger hosts the service and may record technical access data. External videos, payments and links follow the policies of their respective services, such as Google/YouTube and Hotmart, which may process data in other countries.
5. Retention and your rights
Local records remain for as long as you and your browser keep them. Purchase, access and support data are retained to operate the service and meet applicable obligations and rights. The expiration of a code or session does not automatically delete purchase history.
You can request information, access, correction, deletion and other applicable rights using the contact details above. Some information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or exercise rights. Support cannot recover local records without a copy provided by you; avoid sending photos or backups unnecessarily.
